# Mint Funds 💰

The funds generated from the minting process will be used strategically to ensure the comprehensive and robust development of The Crews, bringing it to its full potential.

Here's a breakdown:

1. **Development**: A significant portion of the funding will be directed towards the multi-faceted development of The Crews. This covers a broad range of areas including Art creation, DAO establishment, Crew tools, UI/UX development, web/on-chain development, the implementation of the leveling system, battle mechanics, and content creation.
2. **Investments**: An important part of the longevity of the Crews and for them to thrive is funding via investments made, so we are committed to making thoughtful investments that not only augment The Crews funding pool but also enhance the overall experience for members. (Breakdown on the next page).
3. **DAOs**: Each DAO will be kickstarted with funding. After the first sellout, we will contribute $500 to each DAO. We will then continue this upon selling out across all 4 chains, resulting in each DAO having at least $2000 to utilise (This excludes any funds generated from the funding pool).
4. **OG M\&M Holders:** Will receive 10% of the sale equally (snapshot already taken for the first sale) and upon selling out across all 4 chains, $2000 will be given to their DAO.
5. **Team**: Finally, a portion of the funds will be allotted to the team. Our primary focus has always been, and will remain, the realization and enhancement of Alter and The Crews vision. As a small team, we have the flexibility to prioritize this vision over personal gain. Any wage will only be considered once the costs for development, Crew investments, and DAO funds have been covered, with essential expenses being met from the mint funds.
